Yes. When you sign up, choose “Healthcare institution” to register a hospital, clinic, maternity home, lab or pharmacy. We verify it using your CAC registration, facility licence and medical director’s details.
Most providers are verified within two working days once their licence details are submitted. We’ll email you if we need anything else.
Payment is drawn from the patient’s wallet, HMO or sponsor when the appointment is completed, and paid out to your bank account on a regular schedule.
Yes. You can see patients enrolled on Àñola HMO plans and submit claims directly from your dashboard.
No. Àñola runs in the browser on any computer or phone. For video consultations you just need a camera and a stable connection.
